If you rewrite the whole paragraph in proper English I might understand the question and be able to help.....!!!!
Otherwise, grab audacity portable from portableapps.com and use the MP3 encoder that comes with it.......?

Reason doesn't export as MP3, not even if you try and find a .dll encoder file etc. A 192kHz Wav is far better quality than a 320Kbit MP3 however!
Use a freebee program like audacity to transcode your waves to MP3. (Google search free mp3 encoders)

...and in addition to the advice on here...don't try to convert a 192 to a 320...that would be tantamount to trying to shine shit.

Why bother with 192kbits to 320kbits??? The difference in sound quality is minimal. If you really cared that much about your songs sound quality then you would render it as a WAV then get a Sound Engineer to master the song for you and then have it convert to MP3.
P.S. Learn to fucking spell. I'm dyslexic and i'm doing a better job at writing than you OP. Do you have down syndrome or are your parents brother and sister? Hell there is even a spell check on this forum!
