at what point does a producer graduate from posting new tunes in the dubs section, to posting new tunes in the main forum? is there an application i must fill out? any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

sorry, that information is classified. All i can reveal is that it involves Cthulhu and something called a "monroe transfer"

For starters it ain't a downloadable dub.. which I assume a members-only dub section caters for. Secondly you have to wimbabliscend though the 2nd room of the liverdance. Thirdly it's down to whether you know what a noggin is. It's a bracket. Like a widget, but not.
