It's "gated" i think the words is, basically it's a sound with 2 filter lfo things on it at different speeds. One controlls the wobble and one fades the sound in and out if you know what i mean.

I can't explain it properly 'cause i'm not that into it and i'm sure fruity loops dumbs me down lol.
