I had steak yesterday, and the day before. hmmm, it was tasty, stewed in a hotpot with a healthy beer based gravy and 3 cheese cheesy roast potatoe slices on top. yum.

nah not really but need to be carefull with the cash, no I got some big bills coming up, dental work and the like.

Bossaphonik sounds good, we will have to get fucked round mine first tho.

@deams, because no matter how equal they claim to be girls like to stick there nose in, seems to go with the no balls, like gossip.... (I know there are plenty of guys out there that do this and plenty of girls that don't but in my experiance this type of behaviour is more prolific with the fairer sex)

its not even her fault, just her fucking friends, some sort of intervention..

she was only going there to get her hair done...and now...dont even get me started, this coupled with the day i have just had @ work, times by the hedache i now have, equals one shit friday...

I don't do much cardio at the gym, so ain't fussed. Need to put some weight back on, lost a stone since I left my last gym. lol
