big up the geordie dubstep not-so-massive, few people representing the sound here, grime and dubstep gets played at Backlash and Influence, but there main focus is breakcore and old skool rave, steel wheels ordering in some good stuff on dmz, tempa and soul ja, but thats about it unfortunately... next backlash is on friday 16th december@the stout fiddler(downstairs) with parasite headlining playing mash-up breakcore jungle..........................would like to see a dubstep scene here, but looks unlikely so far, luckily im moving to lodon next year anyway

Should have got there earlier man... we did an hour of Dub step at the start of the night. We're doing a dubstep set at the Valve Turbulence at Newcastle Uni soon too!
Also going to do a little dubstep mix at Arcane too me thinks.

Looks like the next Backlash in toon will be a dubstep/jungle special with DJ Distance coming up to play.
I played few dubstep beats at Saturday's Backlash... all seemed to go down well.
I'm gonna be playing doing a dubstep/nu-skool-oldskool breaks warm-up at Curves this coming Saturday too. Well looking forward to it.
