Don Caballero are great.
Also really like Steve Albini's band Shellac too. 1000 Hurts is a wicked album.

did any of you get into
Storm and Stress - Ian Williams from Don Cab's project? Beautiful music, and a lifetime music listening highlight for myself. Yes. THAT GOOD.

OH.. and perhaps two of the greatest releases Dischord Recs ever put out. EVER, imo discerning opinion. Prove me wrong. Chris Thompson was/is the man. See.. Unrest, Ignition, Skull Kontrol, Monorchid, Las Mordidas... need i say more? Bigs up to anyone who got to see Circus Lupus live in their prime.

oh Canaduh. Some nationalistic pride is in order, cuz i can say that brilliance like SHOTMAKER were once local at one time. ..the noise. the bass, the screams.. bliss really.
If anyone hasn't checked them out, their entire discography was put out on Troubleman Unlimited years back - double cd.
It is REQUIRED listening to anyone who reads this thread. seriously.
