Yeah a while back I bought a bingo tune from dubplate.net but when I downloaded it it was the flipside.. emailed them repeatedly but to no luck.. I understand it must be a nightmare responding to and dealing with customer complaints/queries but you've gotta get round to it eventually!

...still, wouldnt mind a forthcoming D1 EP on white, maybe should order that benga 12" :idea:

Haha, jokes... I had to buy the MP3 of 2D the other day, because I can't live without that tune, and my vinyl and equipment is a long way away.

Yeah, the mp3 download problems are still in effect. As is the lack of any sort of reply to emails.

What a bunch of fucking cowboys.

I mean, seriously, I've been buying music online for years, and this is the first time I've had an issue. Thank fuck I only ordered one tune...

When I saw this thread when it first started i was sceptical but I have downloaded over a dozen tunes and it has worked fine for me. Although I still buy them one at a time. Its a weird one this.

well fuck.. just bought skreamizm vol 4 as mp3 and got same error as everyone else.. just sent them an email

also noticed though that on the dubplate.net site it says to email
admin@dubplate.net

and in the worldpay receipt it says
sales@dubplate.net

well emailed both adds.. lets see what happens oO

It wont let me download em
Emailed them straight away and still no reply

jus keep emailing very week, they'll eventually reply and give you your tunes via yousendit ime 8)

bad service but it's the only place to get tempa mp3's, innit.
