i still feel the same about exciting new music as i did when i was 16 but the highs are fewer and farther between. i do think our taste (hopefully) gets more refined with age. although if i were 14 now i definitely know i wouldn't be listening to crap like linkin park and their ilk. i always had somewhat of a clue.
