i think he's being quite philosophical with 'yeah they exist' actually. the question being 'do u believe in political parties', he's saying he acknowledges they're there but he dont believe its up to the parties to make a difference- but the people as a whole!

Anchorman is like.. 'whats this guy talk about' the shock in his face to have someone speaking 'informal' hahaha.
Still, what he says is true, its not about where you come from, what you did in the past.. If your intentions are right and you can help make a change thats all that matters. I think the world is slowly starting to realise this at least, I hope

dunno, you might be able to argue that black music has played a part in race relations/civil rights since the 60's which would include hiphop in the 90's, i dont think he was argueing tha,t but i dont think he was being too serious - i think there was an element of pisstaking.

if you watch the whole interview he asks dizzy that in relation to somthing baroness amos said about brittishness(whatever that means) and race. its not quite as it comes across in the edited version linked
