SCARBOROUGH: new night, Dub, LIVE Dubstep, Jungle

I know this is a really big long shot but is there anyone on this forum from Scarborough? I'm there for educational purposes but the music scene is no existent I set up a new night.
We've got a couple of subs and quite a nice sound system in a venue with low ceilings so should be a good night. Here's the info:

Monday December 1st
Tonic Bar
£2 entry
DJ Filey Selassie (Dub)
Mr Feat (techno)
Jazz Tiger (Live dubstep)
Sin King (Dubstep)
DJ Refraxion (Jungle)

Jazz tiger is especially exiting, he uses his sax and drum pads to perform his pieces live which are so lively and different, check out his myspace:

I don't live very far away from Scarborough at all.

Nice one for getting some stuff going over there.

I do some DJing myself, I can send you some of my mixes if you like.

If you had space on your bill I would spin a few for ya no problem

Should be monthly all being well. What time did you manage to stay till? Glad there's a little bit of love for the stix on this forum. If you DJ let me know and send me some stuff.

Yeah, I'm in the same position. Anybody know of any dub/jungle nights around Scarborough? Or fancy putting one together?
