Has anyone heard a guy called Kashmere?

He's crazy dark.

I definitely rate Jehst highly.
Although I don't think the "Nuke proof suit" album came close to "The Return of The drifter" and "Falling down"
That aside his lyrics are easily some of the best.

Plus Klashnekoff, Yungun, Skinny, Phi Life, Kyza and Rodney P (to mention a few) are extremely worthy of another mention.

I'd say Durrty Goodz is one of the best, easily the best to come out of the uk.

Jehst, Braintax and Cappo for me.

Humarak D Gritty EP impressed me as well.

Has anyone got the free antiheroes mix tape from few years ago? Would be much appreciated if it could be upped? Cheers

Def between Roots, Scorz and Jehst. Think I would go for Jehst just for his assonance as that's what gets me off.

The Taskforce family I think you have to love the way Remus can just rap in his living room with his dad and uncle but just to prove how good they are individually I think these videos have to be seen:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T707l18Pwrk

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwJRfuoMOXc - Lyrics alone in this minute long video blow just about any rapper out the water.

Also like the brighton sound - Dirty Diggers:

And of course Dr Syntax:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AEM_qTlLH0 - I think this track lyrically appeals to everyone or well there are some lyrics that imitate what we are doing on here.

My all-time favourite Hip Hop album (along with Acey's Human Language) is easily this Bristol collectives master blaster.....
Image

If you're into UK Hip Hop this album is ESSENTIAL. Nothing this cool has been done since imo. I was always really bummed out they didn't really do much else and were so under the radar for the most part. The album is seriously awesome. The rappers on there were Majesta, Spye, Frikshun, Finestyler.....also Parlour Talk featured the talents of Sir Beanz OBE & Scoutleader Deed.

Check out the songs here...............
https://music.msn.com/music/album-songs ... ?sb=1&si=1
my favs from the album are...............
Another Price To Pay
Gutted
C'Mon Down
Price You Paid

There's an amazing cut up called "Do We Have A DJ 1 & 2" which isn't in the snippets though???

As for HuntKillBuryFinn.....yeah he's great too! Have you heard Gunshot's "International Rescue" album???? HuntKill is on that one and the album too is a killer!

Pitman is superb stuff.

Another great UK Hip Hop album that features everyone mentioned basically is the Skitz album "Countryman".

Skinnyman is great too in my book. One of the best emcees I've seen live although last time I saw him he was below par. The hair on the back of my neck still stands up when I hear "I'll Be Surprised".
