Any of you guys been victims of this uk recession??
Im well struggling to get work these days. i usually work on building sites but theres no jobs in this trade what so ever, also ive tried getting warehouse jobs which to no avial. im slowly preparing myself for a skint and shite xmas....

I am in Greece and I cant find a decent job, a friend in UK, and lots of friends in Fl.

friend of a friend, who works as an advertising exec, was just made redundant yesterday. this is 6 months after he bought his first house which has already gone into negative equity because of falling house prices...
very sad.

i hope for the sake of everybody globally that the government can sort something out before its too late!!

my business is slowing, however, as long as people keep eating shit like buscuits & nuts & shit, we should be okay, no bad debt & ive had loads of new business passing through the books recently, i deserve a good chrimbo this year, fuck the recsession (selfish i know...

worked for the council for the past 3 years, no talk of redundancies yet as far as i know.
can't say i've noticed any affects of the recession so far. probably cos i'm young/reckless with money/tend to not give a shit
