thank you ever so much glacial, that must have took alot of effort..

My other HD is broken (im not quite sure what is wrong) so i have lost all my faves... :cry:

sad to hear about your hdd

gosh I everytime I read such posts I am thinking about backup hdd purchase :roll:

do you know glacial, would i be able to take the actual hard drive out of my broken one & put it into another to pull all the old data off.?..
