If you didn't have the attention span of a 5 year old you might have been able to read the whole post in which I then later said :dubluke wrote:sorry but anyone making generalisations like this should STFUmanray wrote:Sorry but anyone obsessed over coffee is usually dumb.
That's my personal experience of people that obsess about coffee, it's not a generalisation. Not saying all of you are but of those I've met that are I've found them to be all completely fucking dumb.
Big up.
the only time in which coffee has ever put me off itself was when i was going out with a barista, and he would literally come home after a day in the cafe, with the smell of coffee emanating from his pores.
i'm takin this show on the road.

You can roast beans in a regular frying pan.firky wrote:I have spotted a bean roaster on ebay.... tempted but but but... do I really need one?! hmmmm I could start my own coffee shop.
Re: The coffee appreciation thread.....
You can. Once drunk coffee made by a Sheikh in an oasis in Egypt.firky wrote:You can?
He roasted the beans with a frying pan on a little charcoal fire, one of the best coffees I ever had.

Thank you very much
I shall be experimenting then - not much point in making a pile for myself, as I'd be buzzed for a week. Only ever had home roast coffee the once and it was something else, black nectar; Halle Berry's lady parts.
