I got the early release on this but still haven't finished listening  I dig what I have heard so far, and I have at least scanned through all of the tunes.

Big xmas gift here - much appreciated Alex & Echo Dub fam!

Looking forward to a big 09 from you lot.

I love this atmospheric, well produced, melodic yet minimal gem of an album.

I have only 1 gripe - it would have been rad to of had all of these tunes in a mix included with the album. It's minor I know, and I can do it myself, but it would be nice to hear Echo Dub's vision on this.

THere were discussions on coming up with a mixed version, but we thought we'd leave that to the DJs. If we provide it unmixed, you can have individual tracks, and mix them if you like - if we provide a mix, you can't separate the tracks, and for DJs - they have to request individual tracks in order to play out.

Seemed like the best move for the time being. We have a big big mix album planned for early 2009.

I agree! Much prefer to Have it UNmixed, then i can play the tunes out or mix it myself! No harm in someone whacking up a good mix of it though! Some Christmas Homework prehaps!

Exactly - having both would have been awesome. But honestly, it's like saying "This free car was great, but would have been better if you programmed the radio stations for me" So don't get me wrong - not looking a gift horse in the mouth, just a suggestion that I would like to see implemented in the future if possible. Tunes + the Echo Dub vision of a mix using those tracks - best of both worlds then.
