Based on discussions such as this and elsewhere, the bloodied history of the Balkan states and the general inaccuracy of the term 'Balkan Beats' for most of what gets played in its name, I am proposing a campaign to rename the genre

My vote goes for "Gyp-Step", but any (more informed) opinions are welcomed!

I know, but there's nothing better to describe the mixture of Balkan Beats with Reggaeton: BALKANTON

And Balkanton records doesn't exist anymore... so... it's ok I guess

i agree, maybe Gypsy music describes it, but media knows better then natives about what it is so things are like that. Trust the big wheel and just follow the hype blindfull of it's hot.

hype hype hype, let's be modern. Do u know that in Italy a busking gypsy mother with his child is culture, that's like total culturization of an tribe, and the funnyest part is noone knows how much of the world's gold do they own, but that's another story. It takes part in books not on the wheel of fortune and cheap scams

got to admit.

I have been reading your posts but you don't write them in SIMPLE ENGLISH so it's hard for me to understand it... you say too many things just to say one thing... I don't get it ...

But if you don't want to explain it to me, it's okay

PEACE
