im sorry but this mix is Rusko literally saying '' Im going to do what pendulum did and give dubstep a commercial sound'' he's trying to appeal to a much wider audience and maybe make some money
He can only really do mad hype wobblers, thats his style. But he has lost the connection that dubstep is all about.

possibly the most true comment. I'd probably enjoy it a lot if I was stoned/drunk/combination of these but if I am sober I just don't think this is as musical as I'd like it to be.

2 cats fighting with a fox would probably sound good if you were on drugs.

what's this "connection" that dubstep's all about then?.. and have you listened to Soulful Geeza / Rock Bottom / Soundguy Is My Target / Roma.. shit have you even listened to Babylon Vol 1?... how the fuck are any of those tracks "mad hype wobblers"?? The dude's making tunes 'he' likes.. I doubt he's out to please critics from the mail on sunday or the fucking guardian.. it's what alot of you people sound like these days.. hating on something just because you're not feeling it. You lift your nose up at it like some pompus prick like "oohh thats not what dubstep is all about, he's lost the 'connection'" Pull your fucking fingers out, things progress, change, get better, get worse.. so just get over it. If you don't like it, by all means have an opinion.. but don't go to the effort of finding every thread relating to Rusko just to say something bad about him/whatever the subject may be.

I think the fact that he did make tunes like you mentioned and now is evolving is this new "style" that has been creating all these comotion.. If he would've made tunes like To The Floor & Kate Perry Remix from day 1, they're won't be any discussion.. Some would've hated him, some would've loved him, end of it. Now you've got like a major group that (I think) it's a huge amount of lost talent since he already has proven to be an awesome producer that is able to make great tunes..

Soulful Geeza & Soundboy Target are still new as such..
so he's not lost any talent at all.. he's just making tunes to please the masses.. fairplay to him, he's doing an amazing job. I used to care about Dubstep becoming commercial.. i'm less bothered now, seeing as it was bound to happen in the first place.. so I just stopped getting mardy about it and just carried on enjoying the music I love.
I think Zomby's shit and his music isn't what i'd class as Dubstep at all in my eyes it's Ket-step.. but I don't go making threads saying he's ruining Dubstep or about how much I dislike his music, I just use oppurtunities like this to hate on him instead..
That was an ironic joke, so to all ZombyLufferz<33 please refrain from hating on me... p.s GO CASPA & RUSKO!!.. DEY IZ DA BEST!

Does nobody think it's a good thing that you can have people like martyn, pinch, rusko, mala, silkie, caspa, stenchman, appleblim, claw or shackleton all making music under the same genre's banner, despite sounding absolutely fucking nothing like each other? I thought the main thing people stroke their beards and spout bollocks about with dubstep was the musical diversity?
Personally I can't stand this sort of loud grating rinse out stuff, but it's good to know that it's there for those who want it.

interesting to see the comments on the E.M page are brimming with positivity for this mix, compared to skream's E.M. or (further back) the plastician/digital mystikz which were a very mixed bag.
just a thought really.

Personally I also love the diversity of dubstep
as long there is a certain amount of quality control on all sides of the spectrum that is
