You can create the sample in FL and use ur FX etc and then save as a .wav or .mp3 from FL.
just save the selected channel once u have the voice made.

I'd like to hijack this thread to ask about a particular old skool voice synthesis program, or should I say "prg" for the Atari ST. It's been used by artists such as Altern-8 and Polygon Window and on an ad for a dance compilation called 'Mega Lo Mania (http://www.discogs.com/release/670423)'
can anyone remember what this was called, and better yet, can anyone provide a link to an emulation of it? it's a big, buzzy, noisy piece of crudeness, but boy is it due a comeback!
