my car still has a tape deck in it and I really don't want to ware out my Jimi Hendrix best of and Journey's by a DJ by Coldcut, plus alot of old radio mixes.

it seems that depends on the music recorded and the price of the tape, i own like more then 1500 tapes and have no workable taperecorder to play them on. It is all about the proposal, might be some really good music on it, so yes can get one, but still not considered.

NOBODY listens to tapes anymore. Mostly ereythings mp3, 320, digital or vinyl.
