Question.
I am trying to layer up the snares but it starts sounding muddy and I start losing punch after I have more than 3 snares hitting at the same time. Any way of getting the layers to sit withough eq'ing the fuck out of them or is the less is more saying true and I should only be using 1 or 2 snares at the same time?
All I am doing at the moment is running HP filters at about 180-230Hz on them.
