It is, usually wearing faded Warp (original Purple numbers) T shirts and sporting Shoreditch Stubble. Jazz flat caps at the ready.Legendary wrote:I thought dubstep was all late 20-30somethings anyways?

Agreed and I am 18.. 19 in a month...Walked past a night at Amersham Arms when Caspa was playing 'nd it was full of drunk uni students, getting rude to the bouncers ... Was insulting to dubstep and my generation£10 Bag wrote:i'd much rather go to a night full of 30-somethings than teenagers or 20-somethings

Duly noted.
But I ain't never heard of anyone gettin' jumped because they wore a flat cap.Unless someone wanted it for themselves. At most reggae, ska, dnb, hiphop, and house clubs in the US,kangols be on loads of heads.
People at raves and clubs usually think I am one of the bouncers(until they catch me rollin' up). But,I have been asked if I was DEA a few times in SF!!!WTF?In DC,some idiots from the Secret Service stopped me on my way to lunch(rude...) and asked me if I wanted to consider a job with them(true story!),to which I said "you couldn't pay me enough to take a bullet for Bush!"

And then I walked away very, very quickly...
yeah must be a geezer thingFSTZ wrote:just got me a new rudebwoy flatcap

34 too old for dubsteppin?,no way!,I'm a year or four older than that and have no intention of hanging up me skanking shoes anytime soon[that new hip replacement is working wonders
].Seriously tho, age is irrelevant as long as you're still feeling the music[just look at David "Ramjam" Rodigan, DJ Derek and the late great J Peel].
