Zomby - Rumours and revelations
Just to add to the pressing debate....to me the tune sounds quite fragile on vinyl but i thought that was a deliberate thing that zomby was going for...tbh sounds fine when pitched up a little bit on the eqs....very nice tune as well.
I DO however hate single sided vinyl...paying 6 quid for two tunes is bad enough, but i only copped it cos it was on sale at redeye....

yeop press sounds fine and as I believe zomby intended.. this is one chirpy chappy tune...

just to clarify, i REALLY like this tune, however i think the press is playable, but not great. I realise the drums are supposed to be quiet, quietness wasn't the issue. It just sounds like a not brilliant press, and removes the space between the synths and the drums that was, im willing to bet, still there pre-master. Its not really that big a deal though, and if i wasn't really into the tune it wouldn't bother me, but as its one of the few things i was genuinely excited by last year, it did a bit.
