Great news, congratulations! So did you get good vibes about the company then?
the company is dope, partners are nice and relaxed - clients are great. anything to get out of where i am now - but if i told you the FULL story, you'd be in pain with me.
here's one example of current dilemma: we (my boss and i) pitched for new biz on wed. today we were advised that we won it. my boss is stoked of course, and says we are 'a great team'. HOWEVER, the whole reason i'm looking for a new job is because she's been such an irrational, manipulative woman and has seriously damaged my professional self-worth.
so now i am very possibly going to resign on her right when she needs me the most.
WTF!? why does life do this?

Sounds great, dont let people like her pull you down to their level.
"possibly going to resign on her right when she needs me the most."
Well, the saying goes "dont know what you got til its gone" ..... her loss and im sure the change will do you good.

At the end of the day, you've got to look out for number one! I mean, is there anything that your current company could do to keep you there? Is it worth (bit presumptive, but hey) waiting til you have an offer, sitting on it, and then explaining your motives for wanting to leave and seeing what could be done if you stayed on?

nah they must be 13? couple of years below me. it was ridiculously funny.
Been a good week.
Monday a kid got his face kicked in for insulting some ones mum,
today there was another fight with different people.
like 15 yr 11's beating the fuck out of 5 yr 9 boys. they deserved it for being pricks. THEN this guy who got excluded permanently came back with a full zip up hoodie with a mexican wrestler thing on and these biking gloves (or maybe knuckle dusters? not sure) and punched my mate in the face for supposedly beating up this girl which he didn't even do. and his face was swollen up and shit . and THEN there was another fight with some other year 7s but we broke it up.
Bare in mind that this is a rural school and that we haven't had any fights other than this for at least 8 months.

lol

all schools are the same, just like mine
