anyway, they have catalogged 57 species of extraterrestrials. some so humanoid in appearance you could not tell the difference from an actual human. these are high ranking government officials saying this shit. they want to testify this before congress because they think its that important to put a halt to space-based weapons development.
It's incredible how they are talking about the need to create a UN mandate for dealing with UFOs back in 2001 and now this has been put into effect.
