seebs definately got the nail on the head there. i felt sumin a bit similar, allbeit a bit less extreme, but there was definately a slight feeling of being underwhelmed. i just couldnt put it into words like you did there.

no discredit to the good points of the night cos there were plenty of them and it was still a sick night, but knowing how good it has been in the past you can notice the slight differences in the vibe. It is a bit nit picky tho so i kind of ignored it, but ye i can appreciate where your coming from.

It was absolutely amazing. Love to everyone there, the organizers, DJs and producers who made it all happen.

Anyways Im glad everyone else seems to have had a great time. Perhaps I'm a rose tinted, backwards-looking nostalgic, but vibe seeemed a long way from earlier DMZs. Im just a bit sad that following the queue, the crowd, the drugs, the cost, the music and the fighting, I'm not sure I'll be back in a hurry. Then again, given how busy it was I won't be missed!!
i see what your saying man, out of all the DMZ's i been to, this one was the worst (other than dmz & loefah which was the best ive ever seen them vibe wise), would have liked to have heard some big mixes aswell as big tunes. Having said that though, it was still a big big night, the worst DMZ is still better than most!

Over all, was an incredible night. Was it just me or was it that every time someone walked past there'd be a massive wiff of mephedrone. All the droners made me laugh, a few people would come up to you in the que for something and wouldn't stop talking for ages. The guy in que at the beginning asking for ket was funny as well. I don't get how people can take ket to a rave. To be honest, you don't need drugs for a night like that. The music is good enough, and it was. Best bit of then night? When they dropped MDMA by redlight and Oneman's set definitely.

Room 1 one was just tearing during the mystikz

my 3rd DMZ ever, flew over the same night with gr crew from athens
loved it to bits
yes rowdy but vibes were just off the hook

respect to them for the b2b specials
oris jay & zed bias and then that crrrrrazy set Joy ORb & Oneman did
that video on fb with that mix being stopped right after the drop by Loefah just brings the memories, oneman badman

half a decade of pressure

PS1: What was the first tune Hatcha played? Sounded like 03/04 sound. utterly dark
PS2: Trim tune played by Skream. where from/by who?

keep on keeping up DMZ

Thanks, for most of the night I didn't even know who I was seeing. Annoying that Oneman & Joy Orbison clashed with Quest & Chef.

no what u mean mate, aint been to dmz in london at least for a good 1 year and a half now. EVEN THEN it was a bit strange, just random kids about the place and shit. first time skankers and what not going a little mad... not saying its really bad let them do their ting but i definetly felt a bit like i was in an episode of skins last time i went
