I'm not. Most of us here are nowhere as good as the real brostep producers. I don't think the entries were that bad however.
Anyone who was expected every entry to be a shit hot banger is probably a bit naive anyway.

Can't quite believe people are pointing out the entries were actually sub par (Um...No shit, Sherlock)
Lol, mine was my first track i've made. I fully expected it to be shit, but at least this way i get some honest feedback.

My bad.

I just saw your new widget, and thought it was the new must have for dsf producers sigs. It said playing WoG (I thought that was your new track at the time) clicked you stats, and the first thing it said was "Executive Producer of Goo Product" I now see you have too get them coloured.

Anyway back on topic 9 is sick.

What I'm curious about it is those solitary 1 vote tracks...

And I'm wishing I voted for track 3 now. That sample MAKES it.

I took most of them as jokes, But Brostep is easy to write, not easy to produce. It's all pretty funny to me.

to who ever made track 8 the intro is epic, the only thing that let it down is where it cuts out at 54 secs untill the drop the energy feels like its just vanished

track 10 sounds like a mixture of

and maybe a caspa tune not too sure though

Yes they might be jokes, but some tracks are obviously trying to parody some certain sounds and they don't even come close... (I dislike brostep, this is just a unbiased look)

Bad timing for this thread, I was stuck at a train station last night due to a jumper and ended up making a brostep tune out of boredom. Will upload it anyway at some point (I'm out of town for the next week, so not for a bit.

If only that guy had jumped LAST week, I would have been able to enter :|

I produce brostep, fairly often, but I know most tracks like that are throw away tracks that a DJ will drop until they're rinsed. Either way, even in 48 hours a lot of these tunes are disappointing, I wasn't disagreeing with you, it's just really obvious a bunch of subheads got together to take the piss out of the most overused basses in brostep. It's sad to me.
