@NICORISONE so far i can say i like all your works :D only heard 2, the only thing i hate about the first one and i mean hate, is that it ends! looking forward to a finished version. the second one im liking the skitty hats on the drums and the bass wicked, no real build up to drop but thats fine. sounding schweet

@Malleus Transformers like to have a good time too, sounding clean and full, snares abit weak imo, not to keen on it but like it for what it is.

@Prince: To recieve feedback one must give feedback young grasshopper

@the other drug: Random ideas cool,, liking the movie type intro, (not the voice sample but the strings and such) , maybe switch up that bass sound at the begingin more like you do in the second bit. Tried turning the bass into audio then time stretching it as an effect? , seems abit disjointed

and il put this one on here, as i "still!" have yet to get to fixing the other tracks i got great feedback on namely e303 and Housestepwip. (any other ideas on them would be good too thanks)

@debaser nices one mate. I would say if you want to go the extra mile on this track I think you should change the bass at 1.36. The issue is the main riff at the drop sounds really good when you first hear it but gets slightly old upon repetition. Instead of goin back to the drop riff it might sound good to go down to a deeper slower gutter bass. Maybe some syncopation. With some love like that and you'd be good to send that track out.

@debaser Like the tune overall. I think the intro noise goes on a bit too; would suggest either shortening it so that the tune drops earlier or else variation on the patterns. Also, the 2nd bass drop at 3m13s is pretty much the same to the first one. I'd vary it again to give some feeling of progression. The sounds themselves are lovely though.

Extraction right?? liked the intro got some hiphop vive in there, likied how those sounds seemed to feedback over each other in the intro then the disapear then theres a pause then the drop. i would of liked to hear the sounds get messed up then the drop. imo. The piano is done really nicly, it was abit here and there for me and i couldnt find the groove but i enjoy the listen, and its not overpowering or too mental i would enjoy having this on in the background. liked the second drop on this. compently put together.
Umm... Yea I set it on free download when I shared it with just one user... I forgot to change it back. Thanks for the feedback, really helpful!

@nibzdub: To me the compressed one sounded better, same volume level yet individual elements more glued together. Not sure about the double kick on the drop tho, sounds like it trips over itself. imo.

@ilv1: sorry for all the spelling mistakes doh!

@debaser1: il give it another listen its worth it ^^ this time round thought the part at 1:23 to 1:36 was missing the mid range bass frequency, the diffrent synth put in (if you did put in another synth there) maybe give it some distortion or fx to resonate in the frequency till the snarly bass comes back in. (just an opion i like it either way!)

Maybe work on intro, custom strings and sub. sounds a bit empty. like its only the sample at the beginning. maybe add better risers. :corndance: lol corn

@nibzdubs

nice riser at begginning, could do with more fx. it think the drop could go with a good arp, crushed maybe.

now my stuff :D

@jamiecyper : soz for late reply i couldnt find your post earlier, as i didnt look all the way back to page 3.
Operator, well ive never used it but belive it or not i really wanted to when i first saw it, so much so i almost changed daws to ableton. So i think it must be okay. You seem to be doing fine, understanding that the bass can be hi passed and effected diffrently then the low end bass.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-mGP2HY3ZA

heres a link to a riser on operator ;) bit cringey but understanding how to make as many diffrent sounds with it will help you understand each section within it.

is there anything speciffically you dont understand about synthisis?

Nibz/ listene to the older version before man this sounds much better, still feels like it needs to go somewhere else but production is pretty sweet.

debaser/ well mixed man, sounding freh and crispy. That lil synth that comes in sounds a tad out of place like a "for the hell of it layer" lol. Nice man liking the off key feel to the synths, would like to here that bassline filled out a lil more at points it sounds a bit preset u get me? good stuff though man i may sound a lil harsh but you fall into the more experienced catergory some im gonna be a tad more picky :-P. loving the style man keep um coming!

rhek/ bassline synth is a tad generic but i like the use of it. vocals are well placed sounding like a layer rather than a main point which is nice. nice variation, mixdown is tasty. im liking this alot bud keep these bad boys coming.

epochal/ nice synth in the intro there i like that. intro is long and thin though im getting impatient lol. nice and steppy and smooth. kinda sounds like a basic loop after a while man but its a good starting point. need to fill it out and mix it up a bit :P.

ilv/ ive heard this before im sure i think the notes/melody of this bassline is the sex. id love a crack at remixing this if your game? drumstep is a tad messy for my liking but your mix down aint bad. like it where you bring the beat speed down. sounds pretty technical which is nice. not perfect but very good mate keep um coming.

Fbac/ some nice ideas in here. the synths are a bit basic you need to layer them up a bit. Watch your levels and those mids mate, common mistake. Its a bit too choppy for me kills the flow of the track. dont find myself bopping to it kinda just listening. good effort though but needs some work.

oprs/some weird shit this. The synth is kinda getting on my nerves now its got no pattern just sounds like a bit of a mess. Your sub line is too quiet and could use a touch of mid for oomph. Defo original though, mix down aint bad and you have had a serious play with the perc here which is a nice touch. Not bad keep at it.

oprs: I can see what you're trying to do, but the sounds are not to my preference, it constantly sounds like you're dying on pacman, be careful about pitching up or down with phasing sounds as you get this terrible mesh of sounds quite often.

nibzdub: Percussion sounds fairly tight, same note pattern gets a little tiring after a while however, perhaps mix things up in the bassline, not just the LFO rate.

Debaser1: Night sounds, percussion is tight again, although that ride/hat (the heavy noise sounding one) gets a little bit to much of the focus of the track for my liking. Really creative ideas, enjoyed listening.

Everything I've said is subjective.

@deniss1 - Good intro.. like the hats you got in there as well.. the kick and snares are weak and need to be PUMPED THE F UPP haha... drop was great, good stuf.. keep at it

Debaser - Good intro strength for that up comming drop.. really liked the chorus... good variation and fx in your wobs... got my approval

Frasch - Loving the girls voice in the intro , but as for the chrous it just doesn't transition right at all.. work on that and i also say add some kicks and snares with the girls voice.... tempo detector time babyyyy !!

Fbac - i like your style man, finally someone with a little different style than the normal dubstep productions. not that im hating on it, after awhile well you know... i like the lead you got in there.. one thing.. UP THOSE KICKS AND SNARES!!! there drowned., keep it goin. like the energy

whats up with that and everybody lately... everyone focuses on their productions but totally forget bout the kicks snares and hats and their drowneddddd..... thats a main thing..

Sorry for the Grass-hopping fellas... heres a intro of a new sound i created. thoughts and feedback??

how would you achieve the dimension expander effect on reasen? (this is a guess: reverb+ stero imager? or maybe the Rv7000 (reasens bigger reverb) has a preset simmiler to dimension expander (a effect on the massive synth)??

@ratraceproducing: Thanks for the constructive critisim, im motivated enouth to go back to its basics, maybe turn alot of it into audio and work from there. I agree on the choppyness as well, sometimes just having someone tell you what your already thinking is enouth to be like yea i will change it. and respect for doing more then 3 ;) + thanks for download! Got me Dr-Crunks Portrait for my mp3player.

@astral: enjoyed this, bassline made me want to play air keyboard/guitar thing lol, drums sounding good punching thru the mix. at first i thought the lead synth was a bit schrill and out of tune but now ive gotten used to it i like it. builds up good, like how it doesnt slow down like other dubstep does. the high frequency synthy noise at 1:23 could perhaps do with being louder or more spaced.

@prince: Sounds abit basic on the massive programming side , liked the drum loop, maybe a dif. second snare after those triple kicks. automation on the wobbles is correct its just the sound seems rather basic.
