Dressing skinny people in fat suits is as offensive as white people in blackface.

that's insane

Insanely accurate, HIGH FIVE!Today wrote:that's insane
Re: Workaholics
even when it's not a choice, that's just insane because being fat can hinder your ability to perform your job duties. You think someone that obese would've been able to perform take after take, change in and out of wardrobe, makeup, perform under those lights, jump down a staircase, etc. etc. ?
not the same with black people. They weren't allowed to portray black characters because they were viewed as sub-human property. not the same thing, and not even close to as offensive.
i believe in equal employment opportunity for the disabled, but that's a condition of EEO -- you don't see many cops with cerebral palsy or deaf receptionists.
also considering there was a scene where they throw him down the stairs, this example was akin to tony hawk and bam margera skating in fat suits, in that skating's not something an obese person can do.

Re: Workaholics
It's true though, fat people are the last people it's socially acceptable to make fun of. Almost encouraged.
But that ain't fair. It's glandular.

Last one I saw was the handjob one or Fat Cuz.
Severe lack of Maribeth Monroe in the last ones.

Check all their web series out though too.

Crazy how well the improv on the show works. Adam comes up with weird lines all the time,
not really jokes but the way he puts it
