I remember seeing them in John Lewis, they were a good 30/40 quid more expensive simply because of the Adidas design. Really?

These have worked well for me for a couple years now, wouldn't usually recommend AKG either.

What's the average lifespan for a solid pair of headphones? Specifically, the M50s.

I'm proper fidgety when I mix tho, always moving them around, one ear, the other ear, round the neck but sometimes if I look down they slip, want some tight ones

try hd25s out if you can. i predominately mix through one ear cup as opposed to monitors as i find it more accurate so i always have one cup on at all times.

Got some Skullcandy's the other day at half price for £15, I think they were half price because the colours were horrific but I don't mind. It's been less than a month and there's early signs they're breaking, ie. the left headphone mutes for 5 seconds. It really pisses me off, I'm fine if it's poundland but these are meant to be much better quality :(

Why do my headphones always F***ING BREAK?!

Heard a lot of good things about them, but haven't tried them myself. Aren't most of them insanely overpriced, though?
