the breakdown bit in Corridor Of Chameleons by Meshuggah. Or half the riffs in New Millennium Cyanide Christ or Future Breed Machine by the same band.

and I've always liked the segmented riffs in Eulogy by Tool. Or the 46&2 bassline :)

Edit: fuck I forgot Pantera - any riff off Vulgar Display of Power, and the outro from Floods. Epic.
