I've got a mate who rides a fixed gear in Nottingham, but then he spends his weekends time trialling around the Peak District on his roadie so he probably has calves like tree trunks.

But yeah, personally I quite want one for banging around east anglia on, but I definitely wouldn't if I lived somewhere like Sheffield.
