smashed back marley's mellow mood tea for a good few weeks.... too bad i cant find a store that stocks it anymore :(

We have it all over in the states...tasty, but not high quality tea by any means haha. And it seriously mellows you out. They put a warning saying not to have more than 2 in a day or something.

It's basically Mayan cocoa, and I added Mate for the hell of it one day. I use Stevia, as it's a natural, no cal, low glycemic sweetner. It's super stimulating, no crash, no jitters, no coffee gut rot. The cayenne get the endorphins going. Add Peyote juice for the South American win.

yorkshire tea or pg tips.

small drop of milk, no sugar and most of all leave the tea bag in for a few minutes before straining it!
