Re: How did you come across your producer name?
Let it come to you. If you force it, its not gonna be genuine. And dont put letters together because it looks or sounds cool.
Re: How did you come across your producer name?
I just took Macro, and swapped the C with a K. Because it was edgy. Then I found out Makro is a store in the UK. So I'm due for a name change.

What's with the whole trend of reversing the letters in famous names. Like, Com Truise or Vodge Diper and.....well I can't think of anymore.

And Mord Fustang, Vugatti Beyron...I actually came up with some of those myself that sound kinda catchy, although I'm not using any:Theo Void wrote:What's with the whole trend of reversing the letters in famous names. Like, Com Truise or Vodge Diper and.....well I can't think of anymore.

There are some other really good ones I can't remember... Well my name isn't Flywheel, I don't know why I used it for my account. My stage name is Strafe... because it's badass. My name on Soundcloud is just "Strafe", which I'm surprised that nobody has taken before me.
Re: How did you come across your producer name?
Wiley Cyrus is still the best name not being used atm.Flywheel wrote:And Mord Fustang, Vugatti Beyron...I actually came up with some of those myself that sound kinda catchy, although I'm not using any:Theo Void wrote:What's with the whole trend of reversing the letters in famous names. I choose The Nibelheim Incident as it ties in with my favourite game, big part of my childhood was spent playing it too so it seemed natural to name myself in honor of it. And I suppose it's a bit of an inside thing, people who know what it is might listen to a track where otherwise they might not. And real geeks would hear some FX etc from the game lol.
Agree with ChemicallyInclined - let it come to you, I thought of loads but was never sure, then this came to me and that was that.

I'm The Nibelheim Incident, and this is my latest free track.

Got mine "Env!sioN" from the brand of my LCD monitor on my desktop.
I use the name all the time, pretty much everywhere (hence the forum name). The styling was just me being bored with plain-old "Envision". Figured I'd kick it up a notch with an "!" instead of an "i".

That's not a real person's name though. Put it back together and you get Ciley Wyrus.... the right way would be Ciley Myrus.Lye Form wrote:Wiley Cyrus is still the best name not being used atm.Flywheel wrote:And Mord Fustang, Vugatti Beyron...I actually came up with some of those myself that sound kinda catchy, although I'm not using any:Theo Void wrote:What's with the whole trend of reversing the letters in famous names. Re: How did you come across your producer name?
'Cause I'm too sick.
In all seriousness, I'm fascinated by disease. If I wasn't passionate about music, or I didn't for some reason develop with a good creative writing ability, I'd probably have become a virologist or something. Ebola essentially liquefies people's insides... at some point I want to be able to do that with bassweight
