Really into that Jus One tune... the grime tune a the start is big too.

Burial mix- Can't say at the moment as I'm hearing it over shit headphones at work but can't say anything really grabbed me- but Burial tunes never do at first.

Archangel has that vibe about it though.

Even without the 17 minutes of madness you've got killa exclusives from Surgeon, Amon Tobin vs Boxcutter, Vaccine, Cdatakill, Ben Frost, Claro Intelecto <<---- for Baron ;-)

Its gonna be fucking mental. I'm staying up for this one.. fuck work the next day, that can wait !!!

P.S. - If you like Surgeon then go grab one of only 1,000 copies of

'This is For You Shits' mixed by Surgeon [Warp Records]
:D :D Something about that Modern Love label too much good music.
Will definately be tracking down your mix.Love the Neckface mix been rocking that for a while now. :4:

Absolutely amazing show last night. So many brilliant tunes especially like that Jus Wan track, definately a producer to watch for in the future.
The whole Burial mix blew me away, i truely believe it will eclipse the previous release in quality, a mean feat.

The track you refer to can be had for free here http://www.thinner.cc/releases.php?r=th ... a3d7756067

Thinner has some fine releases on it's site.

Lovely show, thanks so much! (Haven't slept much but oh well...)

That Jus Wan track was particularly amazing I think. Maybe the most convincing piece of Basic Channel heritage I've ever heard, especially before the 4/4-part. So much better than all that DeepChord bullshit.

Oh and the Claro one must be from the upcoming album, right?

(No need to comment the Burial mashup. Just wow.)

Jus Wan, any chance that track is getting a vinyl release at some point? Liked it a lot.

Up to the sample and remix crew I think, I didn't intend it to be more than an ambient piece at dubstep speed, à la Helios. Might put up the parts though if there's enough of a demand...

If you like the Helios stuff definitely check out Plaid's soundtrack for Tekkon Kinkreet. I would not say its identical but listening to it always makes me think of Helios.

I would be interested to see how you would go about doing that Vaccine! Lovely sound, cold...yet slightly heart warming at the same time! Hmm...

Was wicked, nice to have a natter with everyone on the instant chat thing, that mix was beyond anything i have ever heard. Almost went into some kind of trance-like state.

I'm loving the vocal direction he is going with, the tiny snippets on the debut were great, but these are so close to being full "songs" without following that path completely.

And the more i hear of Archangel the more i love it. The "never trust you" bit is breathtaking. Were those muffled vocals with the heavy portamento bass from it as well? Or from Etched Headplate? They sound like they say Archangel, or dark angel at some point in them, but the beat sounds different.

Feral Witchchild is amazing

Sometimes I think Burial's havin a laugh with us - those cockney geezer voices crack me up.

Some nice bassline soundin bits in there. Sounds like he's been listening toi that Heartbroken track that's big at the moment. :4:
