I have an excellent Video Interview; very interesting to hear the slant of who dubstep has appeared on Fabric live 37.

Covering the journey of Caspa & Rusko, from start to end with the dealings of Fabric.

I will publish the video and audio tomorrow evening!

AJH wrote:No. I think this this mix CD is the biggest recognition of dubstep so far. The Tayo mix had dubstep on it, but this is full dubstep. If you go into your local HMV your gonna be hard pressed to to find a wide variety of dubstep. Lots of other genres of electronic music, that are around right now, are catered for but not really dubstep. Maybe this release is a sign that larger labels and names are getting more interested.
Ironic really last time i was in HMV my mrs wanted the new Marcus Intalex Fabric CD which they did not have yet they had Random Trio, Skreams and Distances album on CD plus loads of Tempa and Planet Mu bits in the record rack.

Oooo sounds ominous, I know someone who works for the label so this should be interesting (and I really should bag my promo)

So f*cking BIG, can't get tired of it.
Out to Caspa and Rusko for dropping this one, tune is pure debauchery.
Suddenly, there was a terrible roar all around us, and the sky was full with what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car, and a voice was screaming:
Holy Jesus. What are these goddamn animals?

You are attempting to be funny right?

What kind of fucked up statment is this???
I can only speak for myself, but there are a lot more records coming out at the moment than I can afford, so if I want to listen to a mix I'll probably get something off Barefiles (or tune in to Rinse or SubFM or something) and spend the money on vinyl or unmixed albums.

Yeah I think we tested the fella's; I know Fabric arranged a FULL DAY from 8am till 8pm of non-stop photoshoot/interviews etc.

I'll have the footage up tonight

The effect is actually the exact opposite...

Agreed. First time I heard that Catchphrase sound I couldn't stop grinning.

The Buraka Som Sistema didn't really do much for me either. Wee bit too 'dancehall' for me.

CD's ok.

Poor mixing though, considering it was taken form a live set at fabric I wasnt impressed.

Tracklisting is large but theres no real break from the jump up wobbly madness.

But then again, its Caspa and Rusko.

Deffinatly a downloader. But can be copped from the fabric website now, www.fabriclondon.com

The poor mixing is a state of personal opinion. What ever negative comments you can put forth towards this album get cancelled out by the sheer variety of tracks.

It is exactly what you get if you went and saw caspa and rusko for an hour.
