Yunx was playing chase & status since 04 and definitely eastern jam back in the day, he wouldn't have an issue with it playing. The reason why all the sets are cut short is because this is a 3 hour show and there was 8 hours of music on the night.sbsb wrote:Not all of these are full sets - unless I'm going mad Loefah finished with his remix of I
There also like 15 mins of Skream & Benga not played
Bet Yunx cut off the Eastern Jam double reload on purpose

the uk "no swearwords on fm" rule is so stupid.

You're allowed to just not when children would most likely be listening.jrkhnds wrote:the uk "no swearwords on fm" rule is so stupid.

Re: Skream 2001-2005 set at XOYO
so do you get fined or smth for swearing on radio?
Re: Skream 2001-2005 set at XOYO
it's wack, pokes sounds possessed in this but there's still a very obvious 'FUCK' in there

Re: Skream 2001-2005 set at XOYO
Probably gotta be stricter cause its a recording so theres no excuse for not editing it out.. if its swearing live you can get away with just saying sorry it was a slip of the tongue.
Re: Skream 2001-2005 set at XOYO
most likely so that the music can be put out and be universally accepted by a wider audience. not everybody enjoys (or perhaps "gets") the swearing. its a heat of the moment thing
Re: Skream 2001-2005 set at XOYO
just finished listening through the whole thing. Benga's & Skream's selection is incredibly disappointing. honourable mention to Crazy D, who apparently was on quite the mission. I think he's good when the crowd's already hyped up.

Was hoping D1 was gonna make an appearance at this, knew it was unlikely though. I know he's doing stuff under his alias now, but I wonder what it'd take to get him to do a D1 set again.
