The only thing more waste than this tune is the fact that it's one of the very few Major-label releases for a 'Dubstep' track and it was produced by people who have nothing to do with the scene.

As stated earlier this is going to become most peoples idea of dubstep, but does that mean most people look for new music on i-tunes or other major distribution sites? The fact is, it's down to us to profile the true picture of what's happening: djs - promoters - producers, we all need to represent what we know to be correct and reach the people before someone else does.

Don't watch the waste, let it all float by and it will soon be forgotten.

Edit: damn. well, we tried.

This is exactly what i was thinking.
yea me too.

I can see it now
"do you like Dubstep"
"yea, like pendulum?"

happens in dnb, people claiming there into it because they like pendulum.

Not got a problem if its a gateway into the sound, but people thinking they are the opitomy and a representation of the sound will be annoying.

I think thats what annoys the dnb heads the most.

Personally i think the tune is toss, regardless of who did it...
Agreed. i hate the people that have listened to pendulum on radio one and go about saying how much they love dnb when in my opionion pendumlum just make commercial tripe. There sell outs to me. I really hope it doesnt happen to dubstep.

Was djing a prom party the other week and they wanted some dnb so started playing suddenly just because a dnb tune came on everyone started shouting they wanted a pendulum tune on as soon as that happened i jumped of the decks and started packing up to leave.

I hope this never happens no i hope it does and they get so slattered for it. :D

pppff.. I had a moto years ago "pendulum have killed drum n bass". It upset a few people (like I care).

I don't wanna to change it to "pendulum have killed dubstep"

Musical sheep. They dont innovate, they follow.

sounds like the average benga, rusko and skream clone that invades dubstepforum and online shops nowadays, but with better drums.. so i don't get all the hate.
