just googled croydon water palace and got this:
Water Palace was excellent, but they had to close it just because 1 person gets her hair stuck in the jacuzzi and nearly drowns and is featured on 999, not mention the slippery tiles/death trap.
is that really why it closed?! :o

the tiles thing is spot on obv
