Haha.... well, the pitch is cutting up to fuck, so I think if anyone's expecting a repeat of the First Innings from England, they'll be sadly disappointed. It's (going to be) a hell of a match.

You need to pray for a very specific amount of rain, I think.

WICKET! Clark 6 c b Swann (47th over: Australia 143-9 (Siddle 14)
That's a truly terrible decision. Clark is given out caught to a ball that missed his bat by a full six inches and more, thumping straight into his pad and looping to short leg. Disgraceful umpiring, to be frank. Amazing how the breaks go against you in the bad times.

Feel for you on that one, boys.

200 will do it, I reckon. Lead of 372 would be unassailable on this pitch and we don't want to eat up too much time... need to leave ourselves enough room for a nice game of skittles and a couple of rain breaks... not a time to get greedy, IMHO!

I said when we got the aussies out we'd lose 2 wickets before close of play, fingers crossed I was wrong. Half way there.

I'd like to see us finishing about this time tomorrow, maybe at tea, gives us enough time to get them out, but doesn't give them enough time to win.

I'd take that.

Not a great match for Cook with the bat. Shame.... I can't help but think runrate is what they should be aiming for here...

Course it is, with the way the pitch is heading. Let's get Bopara back, he could slog 30 in 4 overs

Would you put your money on a win yet then?

I think I would.
