Re: Heavyweight Synths
was thinking about circle but you have to pay in euros and it works out more expensive then blue, may try a demo tho
Re: Heavyweight Synths
Circle is my main synth when i'm not working in Reason. part of the reason i fell in love with it is because the interface is just stunning and so user-friendly.
never really liked the rob papen synths. never got along with Blue. will give the demo another go though as it always seem to get so much praise.

Re: Heavyweight Synths
atm i could buy z3ta+ dunno wether i should save for blue, cos i really need a heavyweight synth now
Re: Heavyweight Synths
Where are you seeing that? I bring up blue in euros and it's like 200 something and circle is 60...Bonsai wrote:was thinking about circle but you have to pay in euros and it works out more expensive then blue, may try a demo tho
Re: Heavyweight Synths
On the future audio worshop website circle is 150 euros whereas blue if bought from dv247 i believe is £120 150 euros is about 130 pounds and the website supposedly has no security certificate or it has expired when i view it in windows 7
Re: Heavyweight Synths
Check my link on pg 4. circle - 59 euros.Bonsai wrote:On the future audio worshop website circle is 150 euros whereas blue if bought from dv247 i believe is £120 150 euros is about 130 pounds and the website supposedly has no security certificate or it has expired when i view it in windows 7
Forgive me if I misunderstood your post, but did you mean that the best service website has an expired certificate? If so I get why you wouldn't buy from them...
Re: Heavyweight Synths

exactly, although i would choose circle out of those because the interface is lovely to work with.Basic A wrote:you only need one man.Bonsai wrote:i'm still really stuck on what synth to get z3ta+, predator or circle, i'm gonna get massive in the holidays but i need a decent synth now, so many choices i've heard a lot of people reccomending z3ta+ and circle i'm keeen on z3ta+ but i'm not sure if i will be able to get a heavy bass out of that something along the lines of nero and excision

Re: Heavyweight Synths
I just tested the demo myself and it`s pretty cool out of the box.Bonsai wrote:Just demo'd circle and i'm loving it Theres some great presets and the best bit a good included bitcrusherhaha. i'm gonna order mine sometime this week
I`ve fiddled with a few synths in my day and I guess I`m strictly talking from a preset stand-point.
I find the factory presets give an awesome idea of the capabilities of the synth.
It just sounds cool from the get-go.

Re: Heavyweight Synths
not sure if they've been put on yet but there are going to be a couple of presets i made being included with circle.Bonsai wrote: Theres some great presets
still i feel presets aren't good simply because it is what someone else has created with the synth and you can't rate something on what someone else can do with it.
Re: Heavyweight Synths
Circle's by far my favorite. Perfect user interface. I'd like some more flexible routing options and an additional filter, but the interface more than makes up for it.

Re: Heavyweight Synths
For sure it's not the only thing - it tells you nothing about usability, basically.
I guess trying stuff out gets a lot harder for mega-synths, though. I mean, if something takes ages to learn you can't just pick it up and have a fiddle around...
TBH, though, I've got Massive (via Komplete 5) and Z3t4+ (via that ludicrous offer they had on it a couple of months ago) and I don't really feel the need for any more huge hybrid-type synths, it'll take me long enough to get properly fluent with those two.
