Im not fully over it but way better now.
Good diet, benzos (small doses), panadol night and practice.

yea ive been taking a combination of diazepam & temazepam.... and tbh it doesnt do alot lol. suppose that has todo with my high tolerance towards practically all drugs.

im gonna go see my doc again next week, might go have a psych test while im at it (just incase its something else)

I went on cipralex for a few weeks aswell but had really shit side effects to it but ive got a mate who tried it and it fixed him up really quickly. might be worth asking about

Um... Diaz + tamaz = incredibly bad idea. You'll wanna stop that immediately man. I speak from experience, those two drugs are definitely not supposed to be taken together, it will fuck you up so much, take it from me. I was hospitalised for a week after apparently trying to kill myself to stop a panic attack. Just looking out for you man.

And yes, anxiety is fucking horrible.
