yeah but i bailed today after like an hour and a half cos im depressed again and i dont think the manager is my biggest fan atm so im making contingency plans. have lost jobs quicker -_-

Didn't you say you've explained your condition to him when you got the job first and he said he was ok with that? Maybe you could just have an honest chat with him?

not gonna talk about chemicals cos the science is shady but usually depression for me isnt mainly feeling sad but i'm just really exhausted, and can't concentrate, and slowed down (which is called http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychomotor_retardation ). and that makes you feel sad in itself i guess

if lots of shitty events happen that can stress you out and cause it yeah, but also if you're just too busy in general. it doesn't take much for me. usually only lasts a couple of weeks, but this year i would say i've had it like 5 or 6+ times?

my medication helps with the feeling sad / negative thoughts bit [kind of... just by making you glum instead of upset] but it doesn't help with anything else really, so i just have hibernating zombie depressions instead of agitated anxious insomniac ones

ch3... yeah... i said i wasn't feeling very well but i don't like saying i'm "depressed" so i didnt say that... but he wasn't happy. i was less effective the other day for same reason and he wasn't happy then either. maybe he's forgotten?
