@KnobGoblin
breath is heavy!! the intro is too minimalistic.. hard to mix. nice production. maybe the subbass could be louder. I don't like the kickdrum but thats just my taste.
keep it up!

[quote="KnobGoblin"]herzprod: really like the dark minimalism here. Production is really good too. I think it could use an alternate bass/beat section, but it flows nicely as is

Thanks alot for the feed back Knob goblin.
Really likin the the breath tune, nice hefty snare and i like the pause after the kick drum. Nice filthy synth sound as well.
Nice dark sound all round on your tunes..

@naphta: you are the second person to tell me that they dont like the kick on this track, so Im wondering what about it bothers you. Is it mixed too low? Not enough bass/body? or do you just not like the sorta psy type impulse in the attack?

Hi Tripwire22,

yeah i think the eq'ing on this is ok, to my ears.

i wouldn't mind the main bell synth mixed a little lower though, if i was going to play it really loud.

hey oxley, i use live7 too 8)

i'm listening to the track 10. Pretty much digging the production on this one. its a fairly dry mix, to my ears, not as much reverb and delay as some. the subby bassline is tidy.

like the change up in the second half, keeps things interesting.

sweet intro, like the panned synthy pad sound. beat is grooving nicely. i wanted more change after the second drop. overall its very listenable.

Final 320, downloadable on the soundcloud, feedback appreciated. I think I'm done but I did all the mixing and mastering myself with izotope ozone, some stereo speakers and a pair of Sennheiser HD-380 Pros. So....anyone out there with some good monitors who wants to give it a listen and tell me if I need to change something, please let me know and thanks! Enjoy the free tuneage!
