Oh hadn't realised something like that had happened. I remember staring up at the ceiling at one point and going "Hmmmm.....those tiles don't look very secure".

But anyway, the night was :U:
Yeah I got smacked in the head with some plaster as I got into the room.

Fucking amazing night though, hearing goth trad babylon fall on a proper system was highlight for me.

I actually thought it sounded better overall back in February. Sure the bass was a bit more intense last night, but I thought the mids and highs sounded quite muddy at times.

Yeah it got distorted at points, probably turned it up a bit too much this time. That bass was very very very nice though so no complaints overall!

What a night, serious vibes in there. Can't complain at the sound system, kind of helps that the floor isn't on solid ground as it was vibrating pretty well being situated on the first floor. I love that side area but the sound was pretty weak (sub wise) in there so choose to station myself in the middle of the main stacks.

yep yep yep yep yep yep

Couldnt believe it. Was so physically and emotionally intense. Tune totally carried me away with it, highlight of the night for sure...

But that cuba eletronica tracks sounds AMAZING on a rig!!!

Oh, and Im sure ill ad more later, but yeah, at some points the mid range/highs were barely listenable I thought. For example unborn, you could almost not make out the synth it was so distorted and crackly :(

Still, vivek even said "youve got to crawl before you can walk", so I think they know they had some issues with the sound, and I guess its only the second time hes properly gotten to have a go with his rig. Can understand some teething problems! Not going to keep me away from system...the bass on that rig is lush.

But back to my original point. Stand was just...unbelievable. Like...aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

So pleased I've finally caught Soundboy on a system. That was a big moment.

The few minutes of jungle was a lovely surprise too.

epic night.. as an old bod it's great, after the changing dynamics of the scene the last few years, to be able to take my nearest and dearest, some of who are newer to the sound, to a night which encapsulates the vibes which suckered me in so much back then...

So many tunes...

Soundboy, Miracles Commodo remix, all them VIPs, DRUNKEN SWAGGER!!!!, Way Mi Defend VIP... too many to mention

proper family vibes last night... out to all dusty hair crew...
