Left series 2 of Rectify to stack up a bit. It's still damn good.

^no doubt, i always liked that movie even though most of my friends hated it cause they were expecting it to be *spoiler alert* (lol) a horror movie instead of a psychological thriller.

Also, just finished the 2nd season of Rectify
[+] Spoiler
So it looks like Teddy is actually go on record and say what Daniel did to him? Surely screw up his plea deal?
I'm like 99% sure now he didn't do it, when he was getting interviewed it's clear that he was coerced into admitting it.
George's body being found at the end too.
Also, Jared, they actually gonna make him a proper character or what??
Hurry up season 3 :corncry:
Interview with the Rectify creator Ray McKinnon following the end of season 2:

And it turned out be kind of like the Sixth Sense, but not as good :)

Finished The Shield, pretty much a perfect end to an amazing show :h:

Starting Homeland, been meaning to watch this for a while, only 2 episodes in and already really liking it.

Great article regarding The Sopranos final scene.

Glad I read that otherwise the rest was a bit pointless.. sounds like he got asked one too many times from people who can't accept open endings "WOT HAPPENED WOT HAPPENED?!" and he just went "yeah hes alive" because.. why not? It'll cause a stir. Its an open ending which heavily implies
[+] Spoiler
he got shot
.. of course in an interview many years later after much harassment he's going to say he's not dead, wind people up more lol.

SO I started Banshee today.

What. The. Fuck.

Great action, no bullshit. I was very surprised to see Ulrich Thomsen in there, and as always he does a tremendous job.

The second season is even better. There's one standout episode that seem like a little film. Really good.

Been enjoying Bates Motel. Definitely not perfect and a fair old departure from the original story, but kind of addictive.

Finished Gomorra the series

It's in the upper echelon of good shows imo - like the wire, true detective and that sort. Properly grim though.

Just finished season 2 of utopia, excellent stuff, it was also pretty funny to see the absolute shithole of Bradford's city centre indoor market play a small role in proceedings

Watched the first episode of the new season of Trailer Park Boys last night, was absolutely hilarious, was pretty drunk watching it but I'd say it seems as good as it was back in like season 4/5
