Wow! What a night. I ran into my ex at the coffee shop where we used to go all the time. He was with a girl. He looked the same. They must have only been there a short time. I was hidden just a table away by tall lovely ladies. When we were in each other's sight, he was startled and most likely burnt his tongue. I didn't react. I didn't feel anything. No awkwardness whatsoever. I actually sat facing him while waiting for my friend to tinkle. Looked at him, like I would watch strangers, while he felt awkward and on the spotlight. He was shifting himself and avoiding my eyes. It's amazing that I once gave him a part of me and I adored him. I won't lie he was pretty easy to get over. Apart from the dnb nights we attended, seeing each other twice a week, there was little connection. Even his philosophy-anthropology masters degree didn't stimulate me. He was pretty much in a bubble, and I was in my last year of nursing school bubble. For the first time, I feel fine just being strangers. Maybe it's better to leave things this way.

^ dunno what you've been smoking but to me at least smoking cigarettes gives this short "buzz" when i haven't been smoking for some time, especially if it's strong. but i've quit for now!

I've only ever smoked 3 cigarettes in a row.
I got horribly sick and vomited everywhere.
I can't smoke tobacco in any way or form.
But I am very happy that my body reacted this way when I was young enough.

I imagine if I smoked a ciggie now I'd probably get a rush off it, but that's only after being given up for 2.5yrs.


Smoking three in a row sounds excessive, but I'm fairly sure I've chained 60 in a day when I've been on a comedown in my youth.

So I am what you'd consider a serious light weight.
If I even smoke a joint with a tiny bit of mix I'll be sick and have to lie down.

I've cut down on my smoking from 2 packs to 1 per day. But never felt any buzz, not even when I was like 13

I definitely get a big head rush if i have an early morning cig after a few days without smoking and when im sure my first few cigarettes made me considerably dizzy
