Don't think anyone's mentioned Zomby Where Were U in '92 yet, but maybe it's so obvious as to have been implicit? Completely foundational album for me. Think Break FTW. The tunes on WWU92 range from about 125 (Daft Punk Rave) to about 160 (Hench), but the bulk of them are right around 140. (I know this because I was so obsessed with it that I figured out the BPMs for each song.)

I slowed down Photek's "The Water Margin" to 140bpm the other day. Sounds magical!!!
