Sorry about quality. My soundcloud hasn't been working

@ bradicle -- love the sounds you're using. great work on the first track. only feedback would be that the whistle that comes in near the second drop is a bit overpowering. on your second tune, i wouldn't pan your bass left to right. generally bass is best left in mono.
Overall, great work on these tunes and keep experimenting with your sounds. You're coming up with some cool stuff!

Honestly I'd say at this point just end it. This is pretty good as it is and I don't think it needs to be much longer. You could maybe do with some touching up on what you have as far as sounds. Maybe make the wobbles a bit beefier or something. By taking it any further you could risk having repetition kick in and risk having it ruined by that, or you might add in stuff that takes away from a really good sound that you have with this.

Just uploaded newest track on soundcloud. A friend of mine who is a recording engineer/ mastering guy dropped by the other day and listened to some of my new tracks. He said my bass might be too overwhelming/could blow eardrums out. Im wondering if it just my subwoofer that needs to be turned down during mixing or if maybe i should tone down the bass track in general.
Let me know what you think!

Thanks,
Jack
By the way if im posting this in the wrong section feel free to tear me a new one!

Heres where ive got up too on a remix of Rude Kid - Electric. Some of you familar with grime will recognize the synth from the orginal tune. Im remixing it simply cos i love the tune and also dubstep so something had to be done. o yeah plus boredom!!!
Any feedback would be nice!!!

that was pretty dope. I can see what you mean when you say you don't know where else to go with it. It ends well there, but if you wanted to elongate it, maybe you could try to double time the beat and add a reworked version of the the beginning part w/ the girls voice at a faster speed with the double timed beat... IDK.
if i had any other suggestions, it would be to make the kick drum just a tiny tiny tiny bit quieter... just a tiny tiny little bit.

it needs a lot of work, but it's a great start. I think it can be worked into something pretty sick. the voice samples are pretty trippy and work well with the song.

What do you think? How's the mixing (that's where I struggle the most, I think)? Any suggestions?

hey man , i thought the first was pretty buzzi it a some places but not in a bad way , i thought ur bass and some of ur hats could of been a bit more prominent , a bit louder , i thought that might of boosted the track
2nd one didnt really like the start but once it got into it , was pretty grime

again tho wish the bass was a bit more louder , maybe try some slight panning ? not sure
well here my one im working on ,

Pretty nice and chill tune you're working on, keep workin' on it.
Like I said before, I started this project a couple weeks ago, probably have about 10 hours into this lol, still having some mixing issues here and there.
