As long as the parties are still kicking, isn't that what counts? I mean who really cares about a few forum dorks???

DOA's little bro
Only because we have all the post millennium DnB kids from that scene over here now, they've stopped making terrible DnB and have moved on to making terrible dubstep :w:
DNB was fucked up long before digital labels, boring liquid, and shitty neuro copycats. And the shitty 22 year old filth producer was 12 when DOA was born.

This forum has eerily managed to copy the progression of DOA verbatim, for better or for worse. Only difference is there's no DNB Arena for everyone to band together and hate on to get out all their aggression.
orly?

I haven't read through this entire thread, because I don't feel like it, but here's my two cents. IMO, dubstep is going the way of hip-hop, in that a lot of the good music within the scene is getting pushed into the "underground" while the popular stuff is just shit. But eh, that's what's been happening with most genres really, I guess the reason why I picked hip-hop, was because it was the easiest example to understand.

firstly.....

dstruct0-- bro robostep type shit has been around for a couple of years!!! you act like your a saviour spreading the new gospel..
but your just preaching shit that we know already!!

OP-- stop being such a whiney little fuckhead!! DUBSTEP IS NOT A FUCKING SCENE!!

why do people feel they need to complain about the evolution of music??
it doesn't matter what style of production people make... the people who do it well, have taken their time to understand
how sound works, they have learnt many tricks to aid them.
Many have become pioneers & pushed the boundary of the genre!

My point is... stop complaining & start learning! keep moving forward!
we can learn from all the artists despite what their style is!

by the way... there are no artists whose entire catalogue I like & there are none I hate!
if it good... its good!!.
