This is the same housemate who asked me why I was watching The Quatermass Experiment when we have colour tv now

and is doing a degree in music and wrote an essay claiming that electronic music isn't music and anyone can do it and then said she could destroy me in a debate about it. Then gave up when she realised I could argue better than her about it and knew more than her.

She also said I was unintelligent once. I said that I wasn't and she went on about how she's sure as hell glad she can say she's more intelligent than me. I then defended myself (with the easiest way of doing so) by saying that my IQ is high enough to get into mensa. She said that was bullshit and basically said that that was because I constantly forgot things. I tried explaining to her short term memory isn't the same as intelligence but she wouldn't have it.

She also doesn't have enough of an attention span to sit through a movie unless it has a guy she can ogle at and when I commented on No Country For Old Men being shown on tv and it being my favourite film she claimed the advert had almost killed her from boredom and so me liking it seemed obviously right.

So... her saying Lol is actually the least annoying thing about her.

You can say something was a bit random if it happened so spontaneously and for no reason. but saying that someone is random, doing something slightly strange is random, or finding something you didn't expect but isn't that impossible is random is the most fucking retarded thing
